With more than 20 years of experience investing in and renovating properties, Sid Pocius brings a deep understanding of real estate, design, negotiation, and the Sarasota lifestyle to his clients. Originally from Lithuania, Sid has called Sarasota home since 2001 and has lived in Downtown Sarasota for more than 15 years.
Sid specializes in waterfront and luxury properties throughout Sarasota, including Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Downtown, and West of Trail. Known for his responsiveness, strong negotiation skills, and honest approach, he is committed to making every transaction informed, seamless, and successful.
With a bachelor’s degree in economics and business and a background in entrepreneurship and event organization, Sid brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every challenge. He speaks English, Lithuanian, and Russian.
